All our individual tea pouches and gift boxes are shipped with Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For.

Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For takes approximately 2-4 business days to arrive. Mail is delivered Monday - Saturday, but not Sunday. If you require an item to arrive sooner, please Contact Us and we will give you a bespoke price.

We charge £4.45 flat rate for postage across all our products, which means that we can fit up to x15 small (15g) pouches of tea and up to x5 large (50g) pouches of tea in one package. Please bear this in mind when placing your order.

During busy periods - such as in the run-up to Christmas - our tea may take longer to arrive. If you have a query about shipping or would like to place a Wholesale order, please do Contact Us. Wholesale orders are shipped with custom prices dependent on weight and we will provide you with a quote upon request.

Our Returns Policy

If there is a problem with your order, please do Contact Us first and we will do our very best to resolve it.

If you would like to return your order, please do so within 14 days of receiving it, enclose your order number, and notify us once you have shipped it. The returned item must still be sealed and in the same condition as when you bought it.

Due to hygiene reasons and the perishable nature of the tea, we cannot accept returns for items which have already been opened. However, if there is an issue with the tea itself please do let us know and we will assist you 😊
